🇳🇴 Norway Schengen Visa Requirements

📑 Required Documents:

1. Visa Application Form – Completed online & signed.
2. Valid Passport – At least 6 months validity after travel, with 2 blank pages.
3. Photographs – 2 recent passport-sized (35×45mm, white background).
4. CNIC Copy – Front & back.
5. Cover Letter – Explaining purpose of travel, travel plan & duration.
6. Travel Itinerary – Flight booking/reservation (round trip).
7. Hotel Reservation – Or proof of accommodation (invitation letter if staying with host).
8. Travel Insurance – Minimum coverage of *€30,000*, valid for all Schengen countries.
9. Proof of Funds – Bank statement of last 6 months, signed & stamped by bank.
10. Employment Documents
* If employed: Job letter, salary slips (last 3 months), leave approval.
* If self-employed: Business registration, NTN, bank statement.
* If student: Enrollment certificate & NOC from university.
11. Family Documents – NADRA Family Registration Certificate (FRC), marriage certificate if applicable.
12. Appointment Confirmation – Printout of VFS/Embassy appointment booking.

⚠️ Important Notes:

* Visa is applied via VFS Global (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi) on behalf of the Royal Norwegian Embassy (located in Abu Dhabi for Pakistan cases).
* Processing time: 15–30 working days (varies by season).
* Biometrics (fingerprints & photo) required at VFS.
* All documents must be in English or Norwegian (translated if needed).
