🇩🇰 Denmark Schengen Visa Requirements

📑 Required Documents:

1. Visa Application Form – Completed & signed (apply via VFS Global).
2. Valid Passport – Minimum 6 months validity after intended travel, with at least 2 blank pages.
3. Photographs – 4 recent passport-sized (35×45mm, white background).
4. CNIC Copy – Front & back.
5. Cover Letter – Explaining purpose of visit, travel plan & duration.
6. Travel Itinerary – Round-trip flight reservation/booking.
7. Hotel Booking / Accommodation Proof – Or invitation letter from host in Denmark.
8. Travel Health Insurance – Minimum coverage of *€30,000*, valid for all Schengen states.
9. Proof of Funds – Bank statement of last 6 months, signed & stamped.
10. Employment / Study Documents

* If employed: Job letter, salary slips (last 3 months), leave approval.
* If self-employed: Business registration documents, NTN, bank statement.
* If student: Enrollment certificate & NOC from university.

11. Family Documents – NADRA Family Registration Certificate (FRC), marriage certificate if applicable.
12. Appointment Confirmation – Printout of online appointment with VFS Global.

⚠️ Important Notes:

* Denmark visa applications from Pakistan are processed through VFS Global (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad).
* Visa decision is made by the Royal Danish Embassy (based in Abu Dhabi for Pakistan).
* Processing time: 15–30 working days.
* Biometrics (fingerprints & digital photo) required at VFS.
* All supporting documents must be in English or Danish (official translations accepted).
