Japan Tourist Visa (Sightseeing) – Required Documents for Pakistani Applicants

1. Passport
* Original passport along with a copy of the personal information page.

2. Visa Application Form
* Duly filled and signed visa application form.
* One recent photograph (4.5 cm x 4.5 cm) with a white background.

3. Flight Itinerary
* Travel plan or flight schedule issued by a travel agency or airline.

4. Travel Itinerary in Japan
* A detailed plan including destinations, dates, and accommodation arrangements.

5. Hotel Reservation
* Confirmed hotel booking(s) for the entire stay.

6. Employment Certificate or Letter from Institution
* A letter from your employer or educational institution stating the purpose of visit.

7. Business Profile (if self-employed)
* Relevant documents such as Chamber of Commerce certificate, NTN, or SECP registration.

8. Bank Statement
* Bank statement for the last 3 months.
* If someone else is sponsoring your trip, provide documents proving your relationship with the sponsor.

9. Student ID Copy (if applicable)
* For students: A copy of a valid student card (A4 size).

10. CNIC Copy
* A copy of your Computerized National Identity Card (A4 size).

11. Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
* Issued by NADRA.
